I am a certified coach, dynamic facilitator, and engaging motivational writer with deep expertise in corporate consulting, leadership, team development, emotional intelligence and personal effectiveness. My optimistic attitude, warmth and intuitive style help clients achieve remarkable results, including greater work/life balance, a clearer vision, and enhanced leadership.
I have a particular passion for helping women thrive in organizations. Having worked for two decades in management consulting and information technology, primarily male driven corporate cultures, I understand the challenges, political atmosphere, and cultural nuances of large organizations struggling to fully embrace diversity and inclusion. As a management consultant I have been witness to best practices and avoidable failures at some of the world’s largest corporations, federal government agencies and health care conglomerates. I empathize with women looking for their great work to be recognized, the ability to break glass ceilings, and finding talented internal mentors.
In addition, I work with organizations to navigate change and successfully plan for the future by creating high-performing teams through systems coaching, designing and facilitating staff retreats, and executive coaching.
I love facilitating growth to greater confidence, powerful results, and professional contentment. Here is my commitment to my clients:
When I am not working with clients, you will find me with my family and volunteering in my community. I am a mother of four children ages 11-16, and wife to Tim, a healthcare consultant and history buff. I grew up outside New York City and we have lived all over the United States. My hobbies include travel, a love for Indian food, kayaking, and meditation.
